As human beings, we are faced with the difficult task of keeping our bodies in good shape all the time. For this to take place we have to win the battle against free radicals that is being fought consistently.

Now, our bodies do a very good job of repairing and replacing bad cells on their own; however, with the incessant barrage of attacks by these free radicals it sometime looses the battle, unless it get some much needed help.

If we were living in a perfect world our repair system would remain healthy or could increase the ability to repair our cells on its own. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

The ability that we have now to assist in our bodies repair function is very remarkable and can only lead to a better quality of life for all. The downside to this is that many of us were guessing how to go about this the right way.

People were just taking supplement haphazardly and were not really addressing the specific deficiencies that were present in our bodies.

Fortunately, that's all in the past, now with the help of a genetic assessment -- we we can get the nutrition that is specifically targeted to those deficiencies so that our bodies can get the maximum benefit from it.

By taking the right nutrition in the proper amount, we now have the ability to neutralize these free radicals and greatly minimize continuous damage to our cells.
